2. Shipping Delivery & Costs

We partner with reliable courier services to deliver your orders safely across India. We offer one simple shipping option for all orders:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-8 business days

📝 Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location. Deliveries to tier-1 cities and metro areas (like Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru) are typically faster than deliveries to remote locations.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing a tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier partner's portal.

4. Delivery Issues and Delays

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you notice an error, email us immediately at admin.vibeq.co.in.
